17. J.S. FORTIS OÜ, having discovered errors and/or inaccuracies in the price or description of the goods on the maxtrade.lv website, has the right to unilaterally cancel the distance contract before the payment for the goods has been received. As an exception, J.S. FORTIS OÜ may cancel a distance contract if the distance contract has been concluded maliciously by a third party or fraudulently; due to a shortage of the ordered goods; excessive losses incurred by one or the other party; failure to meet the payment deadlines for the ordered goods and in other cases specified in regulatory enactments.
18. Use of the maxtrade.lv website does not grant any rights to the content of the website to which access is provided.
