The OptiStart function ensures easy, one-step operation: at the press of the on/off button, the hood automatically starts at the desired setting. The canopy automatically starts at ventilation level 2 - the optimum setting in most cases.

Quiet and efficient

The innovative peripheral air extraction system redirects air from the central area to the outer edges of the canopy. This approach optimises energy consumption, reduces noise and draws in air efficiently.

Closed-circuit operation

If discharge to an extractor is not possible, recirculation can be another option. With the help of a starter kit (available separately), Simplicity hoods can also operate in recirculation mode. In this case, the air is drawn through a charcoal filter, which removes unpleasant odours and water vapour, and clean air is returned back to the kitchen.
