The Dahua NVR4216-4KS2/L IP DVR offers excellent performance at an affordable price. The device allows you to support up to 16 IP cameras. Intelligent Video System (IVS):

Intelligent Video Surveillance involves the processing of recorded video. IVS is designed to detect events with predefined criteria. Appropriate configuration of the function on the DVR level allows continuous analysis of the recorded image and enables very quick detection of unwanted events. The functions include: detection of crossing the virtual line, detection of intrusion in the zone, detection of disappearance/appearance of objects, face detection, detection of changes in camera position and lens painting, and sound detection.

SMD Plus:

SMD Plus, referred to as Smart Motion Detection Plus is an upgraded version of SMD that significantly improves alarm accuracy by using a deep learning algorithm. It analyses person silhouettes and vehicle shapes based on motion detection and only sends alarms when a person and vehicle enter the detection zone. The function is activated by selecting SMD or IVS&SMD in AI mode.

Face recognition:

This function allows us to recognise facial features such as gender, age, facial expression, glasses, moustache, mask mouth. It allows us to identify people as well as register faces with metadata. Face filtering, when displayed in real time, shows only faces with a specific feature. To enable recognition, you need to select Face in AI mode.
